What is happening mon ami!!!!

So no dilly dallying today as it is Thanksgiving here in Canada (actually it's tomorrow, but friends of mine are celebrating it today) and I have a dinner to get to and some successful body vital behaviours that I have to manage...Yee Haw!!

Here's the scoop. I had great success transforming how I looked back in 2011, 2012 and the early part of 2013 and then over time, bad habits and faulty logic began to creep back in and soon I was pretty much back to where I once was; overweight and not liking the look of the body I had created for myself.

Towards the end of 2018 I realized that my life goes as my body goes. If my body isn't where I want it to be my life and my business also isn't where I want it to be. So I decided to build a program for myself that would address the problem once and for all.

And it worked wonderfully well. I now weigh 169.6 lbs as of this episode and my weight is still dropping as I search to discover what my ideal weight actually is. (Psst!! My hypothesis is that it's somewhere around 163 lbs + or - a few pounds.

Anyhow back to my weight. It's my lowest since birth. OK, I kid. I am just checking to see if you are actually reading this thing or not. It's my lowest weight in 35 years. The last time I weighed this little I was a 19 year old pimply faced kid (really I was.)

In today's episode I share 3 mindsets (of the 25 I have identified for myself) that helped me effortlessly* build my version of a successful body.
